Ten years ago my wife and I decided to invest in rental property and sought advice from Gatehouse Estates. Acting upon that advise we purchased our first rental property and arranged for Gatehouse Estates to manage it on our behalf. We were very pleased with our investment and the professional management provided. We soon increased our investment to four properties all of which have been managed by Gatehouse Estates. We have always found Gatehouse Estates excellent in meeting our requirements in terms of marketing the properties for rental, providing that link between landlord and tenant, recommending and arranging any maintenance and most importantly we can count on one hand the number of weeks we have had an empty property.
